KANI-CORE

DOSHITE?!
It seems like earthquakes, tsunamis, and floods aren't the only modern tragedy to strike Japan:

Ladies and gentlemen, it seems that the worst thing to ever happen to rock music has somehow made its way across the Pacific, to negatively influence the minority of the Japanese youth whose test grades are inferior to the average American's. Crabcore has hit Japan like a big, hipster Godzilla.

  1. I don't know what's worse: this video, or the fact that I've seen it before.

  3. It's like my worst nightmare.. Faggy cybergoth kids mating with faggy crabcore kids and then trying to mosh.

Curiously, can anyone count how many violations these guys made? My guess is around 11.

  4. Oh God. I'm sure these guys make decent techno, but trying to be metal: lolno, they fail hard.

  8. Honestly, I'm surprised this didn't happen earlier.
Mixing jumpstyle and rock/metal had to seem a great idea to someone.
The breakdown is so out of place, so forced that it's pathetic. Same goes for the screaming vocals. If they took that out, it would still be bullshit, but at least honest bullshit. They wouldn't have pretended to be metal/hardcore whatsoever.

  11. The screaming vocals are quite good, though the part they placed it... bleh... Same goes for singing... feels like auto-tuned shit.
Techno-ness, just ok, but they should've just stick to techno. doesn't suit them to play metal. or even a ripoff of it.
and the breakdowns? i hate it like this... very obvious, very unrelated to music... SHIT...
I ain't supposed to listen to Japanese music like this...
